The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, or the equivalent in USDT at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your account.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your mnl365 wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. USDT deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15 minutes.
For USDT deposits and withdrawals, the conversion rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction processing. mnl365 does not guarantee a specific exchange rate. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain.
Withdrawals are available to verified players whose account has completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. mnl365 targets the following processing times, which are not guaranteed and may be affected by banking holidays, technical issues, or compliance reviews: GCash and PayMaya — under 5 minutes for verified accounts; Bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days; USDT — within 30 minutes subject to blockchain conditions.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Minimum withdrawal amounts for USDT are subject to prevailing network transaction fee thresholds.
mnl365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at any time. This may include requesting additional KYC documents, reviewing account transaction history, or conducting fraud screening checks. These reviews are typically completed within 24 hours.
mnl365 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, which will include applicable wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games. For live dealer games, the video feed and dealing process serve as the authoritative record of game outcomes. In cases of stream disconnection, the game result at the time of disconnection as recorded by the live studio system will be deemed final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl365 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and potential civil or criminal legal action:
All content on the mnl365 Platform — including but not limited to its software, user interface design, graphics, logos, game assets, text, trademarks, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of mnl365 or its licensed game providers and partners. The mnl365 name, logo, and associated brand elements are protected trademarks. Unauthorised use of mnl365's trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mnl365 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds due to technical errors, network interruptions, or third-party service failures.
mnl365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your mnl365 account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mnl365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Temporary unavailability of the Platform does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mnl365 Platform shall first be referred to mnl365's customer support team for informal resolution. If resolution cannot be achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Players with unresolved complaints may also refer their complaints to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
